Shipping & Delivery Policy
Mini & Luxe use Australia Post & Sendle for all delivers. All orders will be shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
- We pack and ship orders each business day.
- Your order will be shipped next business day, if not earlier. In some cases, due to demand, this may exclude sale periods or when new products are launched.
- A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched. Please track your parcel through this tracking number where possible.

Once your order has been shipped, Mini & Luxe can accept no responsibilty for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. This can be a result of a delay cause by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or forsight. All orders will be delivered in a safe spot, if nobody is home to receive it.
Unattended drop off is performed at the customers risk and Mini & Luxe is not liable for parcels that show as delivered and go missing.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
